The Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitch Milestone Plugin provides seamless integration with Milestone Systems Video Management software to enhance efficiency and security and improve availability. This service assurance solution enables remote troubleshooting for common camera issues directly from the video surveillance management system. It allows operations to remotely reset out of service cameras and apply resolutions quickly.

The OmniSwitch Milestone Plugin eliminates the need for expensive on-site visits and vendor calls when camera problems arise. It lets even users with basic to no troubleshooting knowledge detect and understand issues and apply quick fixes. You focus on the crucial task of maintaining a physically secure environment, while we help handle the technical aspects of your video surveillance infrastructure.

You represent and warrant that the end-user is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus.

You consent to obtain ALE International’s prior express written consent before using the Plugin or any Documentation outside the scope of the specifications for which they are intended, or for any military purpose.

You or the legal person you represent and act for, as the case may be, shall be solely responsible for obtaining any license which may be required under the Export Laws for downloading, delivering, or transferring the Plugin.

You acknowledge that you have read and understand the documents titled “ALE Guidance: Basic Guide to Export Control” and “U.S. Export-Control Guidance.” You can also find other information on “ALE International Export Control FAQ” and “ALE End User Software License Agreement.”

You further confirm that no unauthorized party is involved in the delivery, access, and/or use of the Plugin (or any item of it) and the Documentation.

You acknowledge that the Plugin and the Documentation are subject to the Export Laws, and you undertake to comply with the Export Laws where this Plugin is used, imported, exported, or re-exported. For the avoidance of doubt, your consent to the present Terms and Conditions, and any and all of your undertakings, obligations, and duties set forth herein, shall survive the download of this Plugin.
